How many putters do you own?

Drivers?
Wedges?
Iron sets?
Fairway woods/hybrids?

I have 5 putters
2 drivers
8 wedges
2 Iron sets
2 hybrids 2 fairway woods.

I have heard people talking about using the same putter for like 50 years, the same set for 20 years…I just wanted to see if this is common. I don’t think so. I know people who own like 15 drivers. Any funny stories?
Personally I think new clubs can help you play better. It may just be psychosomatic… but hay whatever works.

I just got my car out of the shop. It was the timing belt now it cuts off and putters what is it?

I had to dish out 250 just for the timing belt and now it cuts off and putters and skips like it would if you were learning how to drive a stick shift. This car is an automatic and the mechanic was like it has to get use to the new belt. I ahve talked to people and they say that it shouldn't do that.

He's lying. He didn't time it right. Take the car back and make him fix it right.

What's the difference between the Blade putters and the mallot putters?

What's the diff between them? which is better?

The difference is in the shape of the putter head. A mallet head putter is an elongated putter(mallet shaped/semi-circle) with a lot of mass behind the ball. A blade putter is more of a slender, bar shaped putter head that has a consistent thickness from the toe of the putter to the heel of the putter. Neither is better than the other, it's a matter of preference.
