Well…I play both tennis and golf. Tennis skorts are tighter and thinner but they allow room for more movement and some people even put tennis plays up their skirt when serving. Golf skorts are usually thicker and don't allow for as much movement. Tennis skorts also tend to be shorter than golf skorts.

Men and Ladies tournaments both play 18 holes over 4 rounds for a total of 72 holes. The main difference is that the courses during ladies tournaments tend to be shorter, and in some instances the ladies use different tee positions from the men which are nearer to the hole.
