Golf Lessons

I am a beginner to golf, ( i have only golfed 2 times in my life) and i am a teenage girl. I need to know what i should wear to go golfing and what type of clubs should i get. How much should i spend on a set of clubs? What brand should i get?

Ok well depends on how much u have played in the past and if u really enjoy it or not ? I would recomended a cheaper set from walmart or a pawn shop if u are not sure u are going to be playing alot but i u think you are going to play every weekend go to a pro shop and pay what u want because they range to whatever u want to pay !!! Mike

I have gone golfing twice in the last two months and both times I was bit by something and became very sick. The first time it happened I didnt know that i got bit by anything, but i ialmost passed out and felt confused. The second time didnt happen till the next day, i slept all day for about 20 hours and was very confused and had trouble breathing when i woke up. Then it would go away and come back. Each time I saw bites on me but i dont know what it could be. Any ideas? Please help. I am going to see an allergist soon but in the meantime i am afraid to go golfing.

The only thing that I can think of is a bee sting causing such severe symptoms. Usually there would also be swelling as well.

I would wait to see the doctor before going golfing again. Taking antihistamines may not be effective.
