Ive seen some echos that are turbocharged and they are sick, they keep up with anything even my brothers BMW 740IL. I already have my eye on a turbo that costs $400 so its a preatty good price. The only thing the dude at the shop have said is that i dont really need all that intercooler stuff. He said that the turbo is small so i dont really need to get too fancy, just place it on reprogram the ECU at dyno and iam good to go. Iam not planning to make this echo into a 9sec car but iam planning to invest about $1000 bucks and make it fast enogh. Does anyone know what i should keep in mind, like what i need to place and replace before i put on the turbo?

okk if you plan on running under 8 pds then heres a list anymore and it gets more complicated
-turbo
-manifold
-wastgate
-boost controller
-downpipe
-intercooler
-intercooler piping
-safc
-boost gauge,a/f ratio gauge,pyrometer
-fuel pressure regultaer
-higer cc injectors
-vacuum manifold for all extra gauges

not sure if im missing anything
