I think that there isnt only one way to have a “perfect swing”, and that you should position yourself and grip your club the way that best suites you.

another thing that this video could have mentioned is that if you swing too hard ur body will lift up which will cause you to miss the ball or if ur lucky ”Top” the ball. happens to me which is really annoying. just thought i should share that : ).
